Camping le Soleil, one of our top sites for the last 40 years, has an enviable location with direct access to an uncrowded stretch of sandy beach. There is a real holiday atmosphere here making it an ideal base for families, sun-seekers and watersports enthusiasts alike, with excellent facilities and a well-organised entertainment programme. The focal point is the fantastic tropical pool complex and bar, set amongst mature trees and flowering shrubs. Soak up the rays on the spacious sun deck while the children splash around in the pool. In the evenings, sample a delicious meal from the restaurant before heading to the bar for the lively evening entertainment. Every evening during July and August, there is a nightclub for teenagers.
Camping le Bois de Valmarie - Argeles
Camping le Bois de Valmarie is a small and relaxed campsite, with an amazing pool complex, just 100 yards from a beautiful beach. The terraced emplacements rise up the hillside towards the pool, from where there are outstanding views over the bay of Argelès. Unwind here with a refreshing drink from the snack bar, while the children have hours of fun whizzing down the water chutes in the three lagoon style pools linked by waterfalls. At the bottom of the site, surrounded by colourful flower beds, you will find the superb restaurant. Sample a delicious fresh fish dish from the extensive menu, and after dinner relax on the bar terrace to the sound of live music, performed here several times a week.

Camping Aloha Village is a peaceful campsite located in the heart of vineyards between the mountains and a stunning golden beach. There is no need to go too far with the beach right on your doorstep and a bright, lagoon style pool complex on site. Children will have hours of fun whizzing down the extra long, twisting waterslides, meanwhile you can relax on the pool's upper terrace. Next door, in a village courtyard setting, you will find the restaurant, bar and shop. Dine al fresco in the bustling square and enjoy the lively evening entertainment. Our emplacements are laid out in rows along tree-lined avenues and separated by hedges - set away from the facilities, they provide the ideal spot to unwind.
Camping Cala Gogo - St Cyprien
Camping Cala Gogo - imagine temperatures in the 70's or 80's, the lap of the Mediterranean sea on the sandy shore and the Pyrénées in the distance - well that's life here. This site has been a long time favourite with Canvas clients who are drawn to the broad, sandy beach right on the doorstep. The site is large and spacious, with small emplacements bordered by flowering shrubs and mature trees and bushes. There is a large, palm fringed pool complex backed by a sun terrace, which offers stunning views of the Pyrénées as well as a café and shops. Whilst quiet in low season, in the summer the site is lively - with regular sports tournaments and a disco for older teenagers. The highly rated site restaurant is perfect for a quiet evening meal.
