In the spring, the apple blossom explodes into life adding vibrant colour to the verdant scenery. Summer is the time for the beach and Normandy is home to some of the finest beaches in France including fashionable Deaville and fabulous long stretches of sandy beach along the Cherbourg peninsular looking out towards Jersey. As summer fades, the deep, quiet woods of Normandy display rich autumnal colours, most enchanting when bathed in early morning mist.
