Boasting the most spectacular coastal scenery in France, Brittany has firmly established itself as a favourite holiday destination.

The long coastline has great variety - on the north coast, long flat sandy beaches give way to sandy coves between stunning rock formations and further west, long inlets and estuaries cut
deep into the mainland.

The extreme west is a wild coastline of rocky capes weathered by Atlantic storms. To the south, it is softer and warmer with a mix of long sweeps of sand, sheltered coves and river inlets, all dotted with small colourful fishing ports.

Inland, the picturesque heather and gorse-covered moors play host to meandering rivers and prehistoric monuments.
