Set in the stunning grounds of the remarkable Grade A listed Leithen Lodge, these properties offer a unique experience in a very grand house in a beautifully secluded setting at the head of a valley by Leithen Water, 4 miles from Innerleithen and just under an hour from Edinburgh. Dating from 1241, the house was enlarged and remodelled in the 1880s in the Arts and Crafts style and has been restored to its full splendour. Leithen Lodge Stables has a vast, 40ft first floor sitting and dining room while Woolhope Bank has a cosy sitting room and a west facing dining room looking out through the pine trees. Beauty room and treatments by arrangement. The shared grounds have a river running through and a trout pond with fishing by arrangement, with hill walking from the doorstep.
