It stands detached, not far from the market town of Honiton with its antique shops, twice-weekly market, sports centre and pool. Seaton and Sidmouth are 30 minutes away, whilst Lyme Regis and Exmouth offer sandy beaches. Exeter has a fine cathedral and excellent shopping centre. The Otter Valley is a superb location for walkers, with plenty of public footpaths.
