The picturesque harbours of West Bay, Lyme Regis and Weymouth are great places for fishing and watching the world go by. Weymouth also has a great family beach, the winner of a seaside award. Spread along the coast there are the other beach resorts of Bournemouth and Poole and the beautiful, Victorian Swanage, all with their Blue Flag beaches. Fossil hunters will enjoy the world famous beach at Charmouth.
