Comprising one of the largest lakes on the Cotswolds Water Park, the area is famed for its nature reserve, wildfowl habitat and many leisure water sport activities that are available for the use of holiday visitors. The Water Park sits on the outskirts of the historic and lovely market town of Cirencester and comprises almost 150 lakes in total covering an area of 40 square miles which were formerly old gravel pits. The Lower Mill Estate is aimed mainly towards the family. Access to the estate is via a coded security gate and a speed restriction of no more than 10mph. This allowing children to play and ride their bicycles. There is also use of an outdoor heated swimming pool in the grounds.
