For nature lovers walks abound from the cottage door or enjoy a drive along the coastal road between Weymouth and Bridport taking in the fantastic scenery and chocolate box villages dotted along this Jurassic coastline. Dorset is famous for Hardy connections dotted across the county including Lyme Regis, Evershot and Vice-Admiral Hardy’s Monument. Weymouth is just a short drive away and is a traditional seaside town with its sea front and Blue Flag beach, sealife centre or take a fishing trip, or a day trip to the Channel Islands.
