Very prettily furnished, it has a lawned garden, and is ideally positioned for fishing or simply watching the activity on this lovely stretch of the river (toddlers beware!). Boats may be hired among the bustling boatyards of Wroxham (1&frac12; miles), with its fine Broad, shops, inns and restaurants. The riverside village of Coltishall is 1&frac12; miles.
