The first floor apartment is approached down half a mile of private lane and is situated across the courtyard from the owner’s house._It is surrounded by 14 acres of woods and pastures, and offers a marvellous base for walking, cycling and horse riding. The accommodation is very attractive with a large patio window giving access to a spacious balcony overlooking the woods and Dartmoor. The woods adjoin the National Trust’s Lydford Gorge._The market towns of Tavistock and Okehampton are 7 and 9 miles respectively._Shop and pub with food 2 miles._All on first floor: Living room with sofa bed and patio doors/dining room/kitchen. 1 double bedroom.
