Slade House itself is a former yeoman&rsquo;s abode dating back to the 1640s. They feature quality furnishings, and each has its own garden set in 7&nbsp;acres of farmland grounds; an idyllically peaceful location on the edge of the National Park.<br />Excellent country walks can be enjoyed amid the surrounding Staffordshire countryside, with many footpaths leading straight from the door. Alternatively why not hop on your bicycle and take a leisurely ride along the leafy country lanes; an excellent way to spot the local flora and fauna and admire the breathtaking views.
