The location of the cottage makes an ideal holiday base from which to explore the North Cornwall and Devon areas, with Launceston for shopping and Roadford for sailing and fishing. There are stunning beaches at Woolacombe and Sandymouth. or enjoy a day out at Hartland and visit the lighthouse, Hartland Quay and the Historic fishing village at Clovelly.
