In an elevated position, just half a mile from golden sandy beaches, this charming property stands in its own large garden and enjoys superb countryside views to the rear. Furnished and decorated with flair, it is extremely well equipped and boasts many fine features, including a delightful conservatory and a small secluded first floor balcony affording views over the terraced garden and countryside beyond. Located close to a main road, Oeston Park is just a short walk from Bude town centre and all its amenities. It is set adjacent to Oeston Park Cottage <strong></strong>, which can be accessed if required via a walkway (normally kept locked), allowing the two holiday properties to be booked together for larger family gatherings.<br />This part of the coast is very popular with watersports enthusiasts, and those craving lovely beaches and a classic Cornish seaside holiday. In addition to lovely coastal walks, there is horse riding and a golf course nearby, with fishing, boating and canoeing available on the nearby waterway. Bude is a fine resort and the main centre for surfing, with good sandy beaches, rock pools and a tidal swimming-pool. Once a busy port, it stages an annual jazz festival and has numerous good pubs and restaurants. Widemouth Bay is only 3 miles further down the coast and has a Blue Flag beach.
