Ocean View is a modern, single-storey property adjoining the owners&rsquo; apartment, situated at the very end of Pentire Avenue, and enjoying stunning views over Pentire headland and Crantock beach. The famous Fistral beach lies on one side and the beautiful unspoilt Gannel estuary and Crantock beach on the other. The property is ideally situated to take advantage of the coastal path walks where the dramatic coastline of North Cornwall can be savoured, or where strolls can be taken along one of the many sandy beaches that Newquay has to offer. <br />There is something for everyone, including the zoo, boating lake and sports complex - which includes a fun pool and tennis courts - and the Blue Reef Aquarium. The famous surfing beach of Fistral is a short walk away, where many of the international surfing competitions are held. It is an ideal family beach where novices can try their hand at learning to surf or where visitors can just relax and enjoy the view. Newquay offers many good restaurants, and a premier one is just 500 yards from Ocean View and has breathtaking views over the Atlantic Ocean. There are also fantastic bars and a lively nightlife, in addition to a good shopping centre for those who enjoy browsing amongst an array of stores. <br />Ocean View is ideally situated for visiting the many attractions the area has to offer, including Padstow - which is approximately 30 minutes&rsquo; drive away (and well known as the home of Rick Stein&rsquo;s cookery school and restaurant); St Ives, with its many restaurants, cobbled streets with various interesting gift shops, and of course the famous Tate Gallery.
