With loads of character, this holiday property will appeal to the old and the young; all the rooms are on one level, making every room easily accessible. Enjoying breathtaking views across the owners lake which is home to several wild ducks and geese together with occasional livestock including horses, sheep and chickens - all of this makes the property a most friendly and relaxing place to stay. Guests are welcome to walk across the owners meadows with a lake and fish (in season). Excellent walking and cycling can be enjoyed from the doorstep, with private and immediate access to the Norfolk Broads Waterways, accessible by car or boat, with daily boat hire available locally. RSPB and Ted Ellis nature reserves nearby. Good shops within the village, and many neighbouring family friendly riverside pubs, well known for serving good food are well worth a visit.
