Escape to a peaceful retreat at this contemporary house nestled in 450 acres of unspoilt countryside, and set in a site of Special Scientific Interest (SSI). This gated estate has its own security and with seven lakes, there are lots of perfect opportunities for bird-watching, fishing and boating and miles of country tracks for walking and cycling. On-site there are also <strong>tennis courts</strong>, football pitches, trampolines and children&rsquo;s playgrounds. Located in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park there are many other activities for visitors to enjoy nearby whilst on holiday - including water skiing, paintballing and horse riding.<br />Alternatively, there are plenty of opportunities to relax and be pampered by enjoying the facilities in the exclusive ArtSpa, which is within a few minutes&rsquo; walk from home. There are two <strong>shared heated swimming-pools</strong>, both indoor and outdoor in a wonderful glass-fronted building, which also has a fully equipped gym and tranquil sauna and steam room.
