The two adjoining Hall Farm Barns were lovingly converted in 2009 to a very good standard, including leaving the original beams exposed. Single-storeyed and adjacent to one another and to the owner&rsquo;s home, they are situated close to the scenic Norfolk-Suffolk border in the beautiful Waveney Valley in the heart of East Anglia, yet just 5 miles from the historic market town of Diss. The lovely market towns of Bungay and Beccles are within a half hour&rsquo;s drive, providing access to the Broads National Park and leisurely cruises with day boat hire. Beautiful and historic Bury St Edmunds is also only 40 minutes away. However if the seaside appeals, the charming old world holiday resorts of Southwold, Walberswick and Aldeburgh can all be reached in under an hour. Visitors may prefer the activities of the Pleasure Beach at Great Yarmouth or the clean sands of Lowestoft or Kessingland beaches. Alternatively Norwich is but a 40-minute drive with its culture, history, smart restaurants and mix of old-style street market and sophisticated shopping malls. For children, Banham Zoo is 20 minutes by car and Bressingham Steam Museum even closer, and the theme park at Pleasurewood Hills near Yarmouth is an hour away. Paintballing and go karting locally.
