Broadland Cottage is ideally located for exploring the Norfolk Broads as it is a few minutes away from the centre of Wroxham, capital of the Broads with shops, water side inns and train station. Sailing, fishing (in season with permit) walking, nature trails, cycle hire and golf all available locally. Sandy beach only 12 miles away or alternatively spend a day in the city of Norwich only 8 miles away, with its cathedral, museums, theatre and excellent shopping. The motor launch is available for hire to guests by prior arrangement; the cost for one week £150, and for short breaks £100.
