Adjoining the owner's home, these grade II listed farmworkers cottages, built around 1560 and 1800, have been renovated, retaining much original character, with some exposed stonework and beams. Tastefully decorated they enjoy a super outlook over the Worth Valley with its steam railway and the town of Keighley with excellent shopping centre and leisure pool with slide. The Worth Valley Railway is Britain's only and last surviving complete branch line railway, used in many films including the Railway Children. Damems Station is the smallest working station in England. A quiet peaceful spot making a good base for visiting Haworth, Bronte Country, the Dales and convenient for the National Photography museum in Bradford, Eureka children's museum in Halifax and the Royal Armories in Leeds.
